As we celebrate Eid al-Fitr, I would like to extend my warmest wishes to the Muslim community in Ilford South. Ramadan is a time of reflection, self-discipline, and devotion, and I have been deeply impressed by the teachings of this holy month and the generosity and kindness demonstrated by our Muslim neighbours.
The charitable acts and outreach initiatives undertaken by local mosques and organisations have made a significant difference in the lives of many individuals and families across the world.
