Yesterday I had an important meeting with the Palestinian Ambassador Husam Zomlot to discuss my ongoing support for the Palestinian people (and how we in the UK continue to build the movement for a free Palestine).
The Palestinian cause is one close to my heart, having visited many times since the age of 16, it is also an issue close to tens of thousands of my constituents hearts. As the MP for Ilford South I have more correspondence from constituents on the issue of justice in Palestine than almost any other MP in the UK.
Ilford stands with Palestine, and I will always stand with Palestine
