Last week, the ICJ ruled that claims of genocide in Gaza are “plausible.”

Days later, Israeli Government Ministers, including the Israeli Minister of National Security, Ben-Gvir, seemed to advocate for the removal of Palestinians from Gaza at a Settler conference in Jerusalem, by saying that “Encouraging emigration from Gaza is a necessity.”

In Parliament I asked for a debate on the possibility of sanctions on any individual, organisation, or state found to have incited or committed war crimes, ethnic cleansing or genocide.
