I enjoyed a very special choral event at St Andrew’s Church, Ilford today.
The event was held in honour of Duncan Patterson’s 50 years as the church organist.
It was lovely to be back with my own children, 35 years after my family first arrived in St. Andrews. It is always special to see so many people who you have known since early childhood.
